  • Crash course to Statistics:
    The statistics preparation course is designed for students who start in the winter term. It is aimed as preparation for the course Advanced Statistics I.
    The course is aimed at students who would like to refresh their knowledge on the basic concepts that underly statistical inference such as probability theory, random variables, Moments, sampling theory and statistical testing.
    The course material which include slides and recorded videos is available on OLAT in the course "A Crash Course to Statistics". (OLAT Group)
    Please register for the course in OLAT to be up to date!

  • Preparation course econometrics:
    The econometrics preparation course is designed for students who start in the winter term. It is aimed as preparation for the course Econometrics I.
    The course is aimed at students who have only basic understanding of concepts in econometrics or would like to recap on the introductory topics such as linear regression, least squares estimation and simple inference. The lecture contains recorded videos available in OLAT in the course "Econometrics I" under "Prep Course". (OLAT Group Eco I, OLAT Group Prep Course)
    Please register for the course in OLAT to be up to date!

  • Preliminary course mathematics: (OLAT Group, Univis)
    The course is directed to students in their first semester in one of our economics master programs. The course provides you with fundamental knowledge in math, which you should fully comprehend when starting your field of study. Course participation is on a voluntary basis.
